Focus on Neocasa at Bucharest Meeting Point
One of the most important and well-known European real-estate fairs will welcome the Romanian public at the beginning of July, when major themes of national and international real-estate industry will be approached by great specialists of the field during three days of excellent debates, sessions and exhibits.
Bucharest Meeting Point's first edition of 2008 will take place at Marriott Hotel in Bucharest between the 1st and 3rd of July and it is for the first time that our country hosts such an important event. The concept is an as faithful reproduction as possible of Barcelona Meeting Point, prestigious event of the European real-estate industry, which has been taking place for more than 12 years in the impressive Spanish city.
Many aspects of the real-estate market will be debated upon during these 2 days of discussions, but certain emphasis will be set on those related to the way the EU policy affects the present real-estate market, what sort of taxes ground the most important residential investments in Romania, evaluations performed by leaders in the European evaluation industry and even visits to the construction sites of the biggest real-estate projects from the capital city. Furthermore, the event will be honored by the presence of Mrs. Beatriz Correador, the Spanish Minister of Housing, who will give a speech during the conference works of the fair.
The organizers, who estimate a presence of at least 600 visitors, have chosen Romania's capital city as a working place for this fair, as Romania represents one of the most interesting options in regard to maximizing profit when real-estate is taken into consideration, fact which rapidly conducted to the attraction of a significant number of native and foreign investors and developers.
Nearly 40 of the most important Romanian, Spanish, Portuguese, French, Dutch, Belgian and Polish companies have already enlisted to exhibit in the first edition of BUMP.

Lakeland Residence, a residential project developed by CP Grupo and recently launched by Neocasa is set in Colentina district, on the banks of Plumbuita lake and it comprises 144 apartments. The real-estate project offers its future residents a unique view of Bucharest Plumbuita Lake. The area is well-known for its green parks and spaces, the district also benefiting from an extended common transportation network, schools, hospitals, hotels, as well as supermarkets.
