Bucharest high life representatives take over the suites of Emerald Residences Complex.

The complex’ first suites have already been handed over to their owners, and those interested have only a few open properties available, fully furnished.

Bucharest, June 4th 2008: The Emerald Residences project, developed by Brooklyn Investments, reached its final stage, a part of the complex’ suites being already handed to the customers. At this time, 90% of the complex’ suites have already been purchased.

Emerald Complex residents, members of the high class society, showbiz or business representatives from Bucharest, as well as luxurious and sophisticated suites of over 1 million dollars in value, as well as the location itself, situated nearby the hottest entertainment places of the capital city, turned Emerald Residences Complex into the new high life center of Bucharest.

Emerald Residences Complex offers its clients, alongside 24 hour protection, fitness and squash, playground for children, with an artificial climbing wall and a huge interior garden with alleys and lightened waterfalls.

The last suites out of the total of 279 properties of Emerald Residences project, situated in Lacul Tei area, are available for sale, completely finished, so that the customers can move into the new suites in the same day they purchase it. The prices of the available suites range from 240.000 euro (for  Garden Suite) and 1.100.000 euro (for Penthouse).

The Townhouse Suites, built on 4 floors, starting from the ground level, with direct access to their own garden and a with a total surface of  280 mp, represent a new concept on the local market and bring together the  facilities and large space common to a mansion, with central location, close to the city’s center. This type of suites range between 412.000 and 479.000 euro.  

“The Emerald Residences’ suites are now 90% sold. Therefore, we can state that we are in the final stage, where we draw the line and asses the results. We didn’t expect that the project would be completed in such a short period of time, but this is a clear proof that the local market is prepared for residential centers at European standards”, declared Monica Neamtu, General Manager Brooklyn Investment.

Apart from the Townhouse properties, in the last phase of the project there are also available Garden and Penthouse properties, projected at European standards, being endowed with additional facilities and benefiting from an effective organization of the inner space. The Garden suits, as reflected by their name, also benefit from their own garden, in accordance with the new concept introduced by Emerald on the local real estate market – villa suites.  The prices of Garden suites start from 240.000 euros.

The prices of suites available in Emerald project range between 1.600 and 2.300 euros per sqm. 

“Considering the rapid growth pace of the Emerald Residences project, as well as the volume of requests we received in a very short period of time, we have all the necessary data in order to consider this project a successful one.  We expect the requests will maintain within the same trend, considering that the last available properties introduces a new concept on the local market: suites with garden in a beautifully arranges space,” states Monica Neamtu.
