CP Grupo and Neocasa launch a new residential project, Lakeland Residence, at the middle of May. The project is situated in the north – eastern area of Bucharest, on the Plumbuita’s shore.

The complex has an octagonal design, which offers a complete view of the north – eastern area of the capital. Lakeland Residence consists in a building with 144 comfortable apartaments, distributed on 15 floors plus ground floor and 3 secure underground parking lots.

Lakeland Residence will be built on lake Plumbuita’s shore and will have direct acces to street Colentina main road. The area is well – known for its parks and green spaces. Also, the district has strong connections to public transport, schools, hospitals as well as supermarkets.
