New reglementations regarding real estate companies activity
According to GEO 174/2008, in the contract that you will sign with Neocasa you will receive the following information:
Prevailing market prices for the type of property that is the subject of real estate intermediation, according to existing data in the database of the Agency; - market prices for the property type, which will be the subject of the real estate transaction (according with Neocasa’s properties database)
Deficiencies and inconveniences of the property (such as noise, humidity, pollution, odor, danger of floods,landslides, possible disadvantages of nearby areas, etc.);
Legal status of the building (according to the property owner)
Necessary documents for the real estate transaction, depending on the nature of the transaction to be performed;
The estimated cost to be supported by the consumer to obtain documents and prepare documents needed to conclude the contract;
