Personal Data Processing

According to the Law no. 677/2001 for the Person Rights Protection regarding the processing and free movement of personal data, amended and supplemented by the Law no. 506/2004 concerning the processing of personal data and privacy in the electronic communications sector, NEOCASA is obliged to manage safely and only for specified purposes, personal data you provide us about yourself, a member of your family or another person. Your data is collected to be used for the following purposes: advertising, marketing and advertising, statistics, real estate transactions.

 
These data are necessary in our field of work/ activity domain. Your refusal will cause the impossibility to process your request. The recorded information are only for the operator use and will be communicated strictly to NEOCASA Company and its employees.

According to Law no. 677/2001, you have the right to request the access, modify and complete your personal data, the right not to be the subject to individual decisions and the right to refer to a Court of Low.

Also, you have the right to oppose the processing of your personal data, or to request the deletion of your personal data. For exercising your rights you must address a written, dated and signed petition to Neocasa office:  155 Calea Victoriei, bl.
